How Strenuous is The Tour?
There is very little, if any, strenuous hiking on our tour for the average person. There are no difficult climbs or excessively long walks.
Do I Have to Pay for Food?
Our tour is nearly all-inclusive. A catered dinner is provided for you each evening, as is breakfast one morning. You will be on your own for lunch each day, thus providing you with more flexibility on where you would like to eat. Some small snacks will be available on the bus, as will water.
How Do I Pay for The Tour?
Payment must be received in full to book a seat on our summer tours. You can pay with a credit card or via Paypal here on the website. Special arrangements can be made to accommodate personal checks. Please email or call us at 307.763.1674 if you desire to pay by check.
Is My Deposit Refundable?
The deposit is refundable (minus a $30 administrative fee) up to 25 days before the tour. If something comes up within 25 days from the tour date and you cannot join us, we will make every attempt to find a replacement for your seat. If we can do that, you will receive a full refund (minus a $30 administrative fee). If we cannot find a replacement, a refund will not be remitted.
How Many People Will Be on the Tour?
There will be no more than 30 tour guests. We anticipate between 20-30 guests to join us for our Montana tour.
